Please note: New Spaces can only be booked in combination with a Freestyle or Village booth, except for retailers who can book a space as a standalone. Showroom setup

Instead of the standard setup with 3 tables and 18 chairs, one table and six chairs remain. The setup is designed to maximize product visibility and can be customized to include additional Ingredients to tailor the space to your needs.

What are New Spaces?

New Spaces are flexible, innovative meeting rooms designed to enhance your interactions and networking at OutDoor 2025. With two room options, Cosy One and Big One, these spaces are equipped with essential services like WiFi and customizable features to create the perfect environment for productive meetings, presentations, or even showrooms.

When can I book Ingredients for my meeting room?

Ingredients for your meeting room will be available for booking starting in mid-November. Please stay tuned for further updates, and make sure to secure your meeting room in advance to access these options.

Are there any discounts available for early bookings at OutDoor 2025?

Yes, there is a 20% early bird discount available for Village booth bookings made by December 31, 2024. This discount applies to the cost per square meter of your booth space.

Can I book a New Spaces meeting room without booking a booth?

Yes, retailers can book a New Spaces meeting room as a stand-alone option. However, if you’re an exhibitor, you must first book a Freestyle or Village booth before securing a New Spaces meeting room.

Are pets, allowed in the New Spaces?

As much as we’d love to welcome your furry friends, New Spaces are strictly for humans only. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the meeting rooms. This policy applies to the entire trade fair grounds.
