Freestyle Area

In the Freestyle Area, you can choose from three booth sizes – 20 sqm, 28 sqm and 40 sqm – each designed to provide ample space for creative expression. Each booth includes basic services such as electricity, communication fee, and daily cleaning.

For those looking to enhance their booth, we offer a variety of ingredients to customize your space. Each booth comes with basic options such as backwall colors, logo displays, and backdrops.

Please note: Your registration via the form is binding. You will not receive a confirmation email summarising your booking. However, you will be contacted by the OutDoor Team shortly. In the next step, you can choose an area in the Freestyle Hall, which will then be assigned to you. Optional extras will be available for booking starting in mid-November, but for better planning, you can already view the respective prices here.

The 20 sqm booth is designed for brands that want to make an impact with a focused and efficient setup. Despite its smaller size, it provides enough room to showcase key products, engage with visitors, and create a professional brand presence. Ideal for new market entries, product launches, or brands looking to test the waters, this booth offers a cost-effective solution without sacrificing visibility.

Important: This booth option can also be set up without staff, but only when combined with a Village booth and/or a meeting room, providing flexibility for different exhibition strategies.

Can I customize my booth, and when can I book Extras and Ingredients?

Yes, every booth comes with a range of customization options to help you tailor your space to your brand. You’ll be able to choose backwall colors, logos, and backdrops. In addition, you can further enhance your booth with Extras and Ingredients, such as presenter tables, screens, plants, and more.
Please note that booking for Extras and Ingredients will open in mid-November. After securing your booth, we’ll notify you when it’s time to select your customization options.

What is the process for booking meeting rooms in the New Spaces area?

To book a meeting room in the New Spaces area, just head to the New Spaces section, where you’ll find all the details and an easy booking process.

Can I book a booth without staff?

Yes, for the 20 sqm booth, you can book without your staff if you also have a meeting room in the New Spaces are or a booth in the Village hall. This option provides flexibility while ensuring your booth is properly managed.

Can I book New Spaces independently of a Freestyle or Village booth?

New Spaces can only be booked in combination with a Freestyle or Village booth, unless you are a retailer. Retailers have the option to book New Spaces independently. Bookings for New Spaces will open around mid-November.

Can I book multiple booths and customize them as I wish?

Yes, you can book multiple booths and even combine them into a larger space. It’s best to contact us in advance to arrange this. Each booth can be customized with the included basics, and you are free to add your own stand elements beyond these basics. The use of additional Ingredients is optional and not mandatory.
